Location was close to Kanakuk Kamps.
Difficult to find (had to call 3 times to get better directions) dirty room.

I was not happy with this room. I do expect a clean room, no matter the hotel chain. There was 1/2 full bottle of shampoo which was already opened as was the lotion. There was no conditioner at all. There was hair in the bathroom, both on the toilet seat and in the shower. They did have clean sheets; however, I didn't sleep well due to someone's car alarm going off about 7 times during the night. This was not the fault of the hotel. ...read more

The pool area but was not ready upon arrival.
Pool wasn't ready.

Clean but room had a musty smell to the room pool wasn't ready upon arrival. After two day was ready but rained rest of the days.

Good hot breakfast, enjoyed our night and swim in the pool.
Needed better directions to get there.

It served our purposes, and if needed can stay there again. My kids loved the small outdoor pool and they ate a good breakfast the next morning. I am thankful that I did not get fined for the mess left in the room. My son threw up after that night swim and I spent the next hour cleaning it all up. It was clean and quite.
No hair dryer in room.

This hotel was nice and clean with a friendly staff. It was very hard to find. There are no signs that it is on old 13hwy, since there is a new 13 now no hotel signs along hwy either - this made it very frustrating to start the trip off. ...read more

The breakfast was good, just didn't even know about it until it was almost too late
The lady running it was strange and didn't seem at all happy to have people staying there. I didn't feel safe or comfortable

Not a real nice place. The rooms were okay, we booked two nights but ended up only staying one due to the poor quality and atmosphere of the place. Also the location was not real exciting or near the lake as anticipated. Needed more info when booking. ...read more
